As part of the BGE EVsmart Program, multifamily property managers or owners and homeowners associations are eligible to receive incentives up to $25,000* for the installation of Level 2 smart chargers at their property. Adding EV chargers as an amenity increases your property’s value to current and prospective residents, especially as EVs become more mainstream. Thousands of dollars for charging station infrastructure will be awarded.
